Customer Guarantee & Refund Policy

The Construction Monitor guarantees customer satisfaction with our service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service or circumstances arise where you are not in the need of our service a full refund will be given within thirty days.

If a customer chooses to cancel after thirty days the customer can:

  1. Receive a prorated refund
  2. Apply unused subscription time to a future subscription
  3. Transfer unused subscription time to another company
