The files preceeded by the red dots are the Database files that contain the updated weekly permits. These are in dBase format and are available to Construction Monitor Clients Only. The files preceeded by the green dots are the Year-to-Date Top Builders list and are in ASCII Text format. The YTD Builders Files are in .txt format and may be viewed within netscape by clicking on them. To download these you must press the [shift] key and click on them at the same time.
